Ari S. Hudaya, President Commissioner

Mr. Ari Hudaya Graduated from the Institut Teknologi Bandung in Mechanical Engineering in 1983.

Mr. Hudaya has been the President Director of PT. Bumi Resources Tbk since 2001. Currently, he also serves as the President Directors of PT Arutmin Indonesia, PT Kaltim Prima Coal and Enercorp, Ltd. Mr. Hudaya became the President Commissioner of PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk on May 11, 2007 in addition to serving as a member of the Board of Directors in PT Bakrie and Brothers.

Nalinkant A. Rathod, Commissioner

Mr. Nalinkant A. Rathod was Educated in Andhra University, India and became an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (CPA) in 1976. Mr. Rathod has been serving as a member of the Board of Commissioners in PT. Bumi Resources Tbk. since 2001. Currently he is also the Managing Director of the Great Asian Holdings Pte. Ltd. and Capital Managers Asia Ltd. In addition to his role as the President Director of PT Bakrie and Brothers,Mr. Rathod became the Commissioner of PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk on May 11, 2007.

Suyitno Patmosukismo, Commissioner

PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk is indeed honored to have the services of Mr. Suyitno Patmosukismo . Mr Suyitno is well recognized both domestically and internationally for his contribution to the development of the Indonesian oil and gas industry. He has held several senior oil and gas industry positions including the Director of Exploration and Production at Pertamina, the Director General Oil & Gas within the Indonesian Department of Mines & Energy, and, testimony to Mr Suyitno’s leadership qualities, he was formerly the Chairman of the OPEC Board of Governors in the mid-90s. He is now serving as the Company’s Commissioner.

Qoyum Tjandranegara, Independent Commissioner

Mr Qoyum Tjandranegara is also a very well known oil and gas industry executive both domestically and internationally. He held several positions in the past, including being the President Director of Perum Gas Negara, President Director of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara, an Expert Advisor in the Ministry of Mines & Energy, Secretary of the Board of Commissioners of PERTAMINA, and Special Staff to the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia Energy & Industrial sector. Currently, he serves as the Company’s Independent Commissioner and Audit Committee Chairman.

S. Zuhdi Pane, Independent Commissioner

Mr Pane held various key positions within PERTAMINA ( a state owned petroleum company in Indonesia ) he led the PERTAMINA’s Corporate Public & International Relation Division from 1984 to 1986. He was also appointed as the General Manager of the PERTAMINA – JAPEX Joint Venture which operated The Gebang PSC JOB block in North Sumatera from 1980 to 1986. Mr Pane became the Vice President of PERTAMINA’s Exploration Division in 1988 before assuming the Area General Manager position in the PERTAMINA South Sumatera in 1990. Mr Pane was the Chairman of the PERTAMINA’s Negotiating team on the Production Sharing Contracts Implementation Body from 1996 to 1999. In addition to becoming an Independent Commissioner of PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk in March 14,2008, Mr Pane also serves as a Commissioner of PT Bumi Resources Tbk.

Christian V. Ponto, President Director

Mr. Christian Ponto became the President Director of EMP (the Company) on April 19, 2007. Currently, he still holds the position as the President & General Manager of Kondur Petroleum SA, the Operator of Malacca Strait PSC which dominates the Company’s total oil production since 2003. Before assuming the leadership at Kondur Petroleum SA, Mr. Ponto spent almost 5 years at the top management level of the Group’s various affiliated companies within the energy sector. Mr. Ponto started his career at the Dresser Logging Company, and spent the next 18 years of his professional experience at ARCO both International and Indonesia, with his last position as the Chief Exploration Officer at ARCO Tangguh, Irian Jaya.

Yuli Soedargo, Director

Mr. Yuli has extensive experience in various business sectors. He was the Financial Services Director of Kalbe Farma Group in the 1990’s, the Managing Director of BII and also the Head of Banking Relations, Control & Audit of Asia Pulp & Paper. Currently he serves as a Director in EMP since December 2005.

Imam P. Agustino, Director

Mr. Imam Agustino brings with him 19 years experience of engineering, project management, and business development into EMP (The Company). Mr. Agustino assumed the Director position in the Company on April 19, 2007 after spending over a year as the President & General Manager of Lapindo Brantas Inc. Previously, Mr Agustino spent more than 10 years in the top managerial positions in various foreign affiliated institutions within the natural resources sector, ranging from Kvaerner Oil & Gas to Energy Services Pte Ltd. He spent the first 7 years of his career at PT Gunanusa Utama, a leading Indonesian oil & gas EPC Company where he started his role as the Project Engineer before moving up to become the Project Manager, and then the Business Development Manager
